Qualifications

• Proven senior manager/director level experience in audit.
• Strong client relationship and leadership skills.
• Experience coaching, training, and evaluating staff.
• Technical expertise in IFRS and FRS102; willingness to develop.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements and manage senior professionals on audits.
• Drive planning, execution and completion of client engagements.
• Oversee client communications and quality control.
• Manage staff allocations and scheduling across engagements.
• Support business development opportunities with clients.
