Job summary

Reach International partners with a Global Accountancy firm to appoint an Audit Assistant Manager for their Dublin, Ireland office. The role involves planning, executing and completing audits, supervising staff and acting as the main client contact while onsite, and mentoring assistants to support career objectives.

The candidate should be fully qualified (ICAI/ACCA/ACA/CPA or equivalent) with at least 3 years of external audit experience, and must have financial services audit exposure,

Qualifications

• Must be fully qualified (ICAI/ACCA/ACA/CPA or equivalent).
• At least 3 years External Audit experience from a global accountancy firm.
• Financial services audit experience is essential; funds/asset management audits desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete audits.
• Supervise staff on assignment and be the main client contact onsite.
• Supervise multiple engagements and direct preparation of reports and financial statements.
• Advise a client portfolio in Financial Services (Funds/Asset Management).
• Ensure audits are completed within budget, time, and resource constraints.
• Mentor assistants and support their career development.
