Job summary

You will plan, perform and implement process improvements, map existing processes, and lead cross-functional project teams to drive measurable performance gains.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, the ability to elicit stakeholder requirements, and capability to translate them into actionable specifications and tests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 2 years in an industry related role such as technical support, product management or product development.
• Knowledge and experience in most aspects of business analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent skills in negotiating and collaborating to give guidance to the development organisation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Elucidate and validate stakeholder needs and define requirements.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate with Product/Development.
• Create presentation materials and documentation for requirements and tests.
• Develop metrics to measure process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain alignment with corporate policies and ethics.
