Qualifications

• Degree and qualification in Quantity Surveying and chartered status.
• Minimum 9 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor with an established practice.
• Proven ability to manage cost and contract on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery aligns with contractual obligations and governance.
• Oversee QA and maintain project integrity across portfolios.
• Manage costs and contracts while mentoring staff.
• Prepare fee proposals and bid submissions.
• Lead business development and marketing initiatives.
