Job summary

Cpl is seeking an Associate Director / Surveyor to lead a team delivering land and property advice for major infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland. You will develop and manage client relationships, drive project delivery, and ensure exceptional standards of service and financial performance.

You will mentor graduates, represent the firm at external events, grow the business through networking and cross-selling, and work with stakeholders to secure consents and optimise outcomes for

Qualifications

• Member of RICS or Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (or eligible)
• Experience in land acquisition and Wayleave negotiation
• Strong knowledge of the Irish infrastructure market
• Ability to undertake land consenting on infrastructure projects
• Line management experience and leadership capabilities
• Experience managing client relationships and finances and driving new work

Responsibilities

• Build, motivate and manage a team delivering land and property advice for clients
• Set objectives in line with the business plan and ensure financial performance
• Be a visible leader across hubs and client offices
• Develop and mentor graduates and junior staff
• Develop industry networks and represent the firm at external events
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Provide strategic advisory support and drive operational gains
• Monitor time recording and client reporting to maximise billing
