Qualifications

• Degree in Property Economics, Real Estate, Surveying, Property Management, Construction, or a related discipline.
• Eligibility to commence or continue the SCSI/RICS APC pathway.
• Strong academic background with a genuine interest in commercial real estate.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of professional surveying services to a diverse range of clients.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, recommendations and client deliverables.
• Undertake research, data analysis and market reviews to support business activities.
• Attend client meetings and assist in developing long-term client relationships.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of projects and assignments across the business.
• Gather and analyse property, financial and market information.
• Assist in the preparation of valuations, inspections, surveys and advisory reports.
• Develop an understanding of market trends, legislation and industry best practice.
• Support due diligence activities and data management processes.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple service lines.
• Assist with project administration, budgeting and reporting activities where required.
• Support business development initiatives and client presentations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company procedures.
