This position is ideal for an experienced Audit Senior seeking to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, mentor junior team members, and gain exposure to a wide variety of sectors within a practice renowned for its professionalism and collaborative culture.

As an Audit Senior, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and leading audits for a portfolio of SME and corporate clients.
• Supervising, mentoring, and reviewing the work of junior staff.
• Preparing statutory financial statements and assisting with regulatory filings.
• Overseeing monthly and quarterly management accounts and reconciliations.
• Reviewing cash flow, managing supplier payments, and conducting overhead analysis.
• Liaising directly with clients to deliver valuable financial insights and recommendations.
• Supporting senior management on ad‑hoc business and process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with a minimum of 1 year’s post‑qualification experience.
• Previous experience in a practice environment is essential, particularly within audit.
• Strong technical expertise in audit, accounting, and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a high‑performing team.
