Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an Assistant Manager for a rapidly expanding, market-leading retail store in Limerick. You will lead a strong team to drive turnover and profitability, with a focus on lean principles, customer service and compliance.

The role reports to the Store Manager, overseeing day-to-day department operations, and acting as Duty Manager when required. You will help achieve KPIs and maintain high store standards.

Responsibilities

Our client is a high-profile volume retail store, renowned for value-for-money and excellent customer service. Our client is very much on an upward trajectory, having undergone an impressive new store opening programme over the last few years. Our client is looking for future Store Managers.
As an Assistant Manager reporting to the Store Manager and responsible for a strong team, you'll be tasked with driving forward both turnover and revenues from the store based on lean principles. Keeping a close focus on financial KPIs, including wages, wastage and shrinkage will form a key element of the role, together with non-financials such as customer service/feedback, internal audit and standards and compliance.

• Managing the day to day running of a department
