Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an Assistant Manager for a rapidly expanding, market-leading retail store in Limerick. You will lead a strong team to drive turnover and profitability, with a focus on lean principles, customer service and compliance.

The role reports to the Store Manager, overseeing day-to-day department operations, and acting as Duty Manager when required. You will help achieve KPIs and maintain high store standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day running of a department.
• Act as Duty Manager for the entire store in the absence of Store Management.
• Assist Store Management in achieving company KPI's.
• Ensure your team delivers exceptional customer service.
• Deliver exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control, shrinkage and administration compliance.
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies and legislation.
• Use management information to make strategic business decisions.
