ERSG Ltd is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to deliver a Utility-Scale Solar Farm in the Midland of Ireland. The role includes training on an existing project before progressing to a Site Manager position on a new site launching in early 2027.
Five‑day, on‑site work with a focus on SHEQ and efficient delivery across subcontractors, engineers and suppliers. Applicants must have experience as an EPC Contractor in Ireland and a track record delivering utility-scale Solar/PV projects.
ersg are searching for an Assistant Site Manager to deliver a Utility-Scale Solar Farm in the Midland of Ireland. Upon joining, our client will provide training and development on an existing project before providing the scope to act as Site Manager on another site, which will go live at the beginning of 2027.
Applicants will be responsible for;
This role will be site-based (five days per week).
Applicants MUST have experience of acting as an EPC Contractor within the Irish market. Also, experience in delivering Utility-Scale Solar/PV projects is essential to ensure the success of the project.
Applicants with a degree in Construction, Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
Salary is €60,000-€70,000 + bonus + benefits.
You MUST be eligble to work in Ireland, and have a valid drivers license.
