Job summary

ERSG Ltd in Ireland is seeking a Project Manager to deliver a Utility-Scale Solar Farm in the Midland region. The role will initially manage one Solar/PV project and then support several others over the coming years, with site-based colleagues handling day-to-day activities.

The role is hybrid (80% home-based). Applicants must have EPC Contractor experience in the Irish market and a degree in Construction, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.

ersg are searching for a Project Manager to deliver a Utility-Scale Solar Farm in the Midland of Ireland. This role will see the successful candidate initially managing one Solar/PV project before supporting across several other projects over the next couple of years. Each project will be well-resourced, with site-based colleagues overseeing the day-to-day activities.

Applicants will be responsible for:

• Managing project performance from a time and cost perspective.
• Managing coordination across the EPC functions.
• Leading contractual management, and mitigating budget variations.
• Risk management.
• Stakeholder management.

This role will be a hybrid position (80% home based).

Applicants MUST have experience of acting as an EPC Contractor within the Irish market. Also, experience in delivering Utility-Scale Solar/PV projects is essential to ensure the success of the project. Applicants MUST hold a degree in Construction, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline required.

Salary is €100,000-€120,000 + bonus + benefits.
