Job summary

ERSG Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support the delivery of utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage (BESS) projects across Ireland. The role involves managing EPC contracts, coordinating with project delivery and commercial teams, and ensuring contractual compliance.

Hybrid with site travel in Ireland; initial 12-month contract with strong extension potential. Candidates must have EPC contract experience in Irish renewable energy, familiarity with FIDIC/NEC

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within renewable energy, infrastructure or major construction sectors.
• Experience delivering utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage (BESS) projects in Ireland.
• Strong understanding of EPC contract structures and project delivery.
• Experience administering FIDIC, NEC or equivalent construction contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration and commercial delivery of EPC contracts across multiple renewable energy projects.
• Support the negotiation and execution of EPC contracts, subcontract agreements and associated commercial documentation.
• Advise Project Managers and delivery teams on contractual obligations, commercial risk and entitlement.
• Lead the management of contractual notices, variations, claims and compensation events.
• Ensure contractual compliance throughout all phases of project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
• Support dispute avoidance and contract resolution where required.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and key project stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate contractual records and project documentation.

We're currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support the delivery of a growing portfolio of utility scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage (BESS) projects across Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established contract professional with a proven background managing EPC contracts within the Irish renewable energy market. You'll work alongside project delivery and commercial teams to ensure contractual compliance, manage commercial risk and support the successful execution of major infrastructure projects.

Candidates must have previous experience working on solar and/or BESS projects in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience administering FIDIC, NEC or equivalent construction contracts.
• Demonstrable experience managing claims, variations and commercial risk.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently within fast-paced project environments.
• Full right to work in Ireland.
• Immediate or short-notice start preferred.
• Initial 12-month contract with strong potential for extension.
• Competitive daily rate, dependent on experience.
• Hybrid working with travel to project sites across Ireland as required.
