ProSource Group is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for a large healthcare project in South Dublin. You will support senior project managers with plans, timelines, and scheduling while coordinating with project stakeholders.

The role emphasizes communication, documentation, risk management, quality control, and resource coordination on site. A bachelor's degree in construction-related field and 1+ years of Ireland/UK experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years' experience in Ireland or UK construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Facilitate clear communication between architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts and drawings.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans; monitor safety compliance.
• Assist in implementing quality control procedures.
• Coordinate and allocate resources to ensure smooth site progress.
