Center Parcs Longford Forest is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for the Sports Bar. You will lead and coach a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while achieving financial targets, with strong emphasis on leadership, cost control, and cross-unit collaboration.

The role requires supervisory catering or bar management experience, excellent communication, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Longford Forest | Circa €43,800 per annum plus tips

Sports Café serves hearty meals and shows live sports in a lively, family-friendly setting.

Lead and coach the team to deliver an excellent guest experience while achieving financial targets. This role requires supervisory-level catering or bar management experience, strong leadership, financial awareness and communication skills.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and coach colleagues to maintain high service standards

Your working hours

Full-time contract

You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements

This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
