With at least 2 years’ experience in a busy service environment, you will be well groomed and confident, delivering professional guest service, and communicating effectively with guests and colleagues while supporting team training and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

• Tend to guests promptly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming, courteous seating experience.
• Promote sales and encourage restaurant reservations.
• Operate POS and ensure billing and returns procedures are followed.
• Assist the restaurant manager in hiring and training team members.
• Maintain high service quality and efficient operations.
• Contribute to achieving team targets and revenue objectives.
• Help ensure the restaurant operates within the budget set by senior management.
