O'Donoghue Ring Collection in Killarney is seeking an Assistant Manager for Cafe Du Parc to support daily restaurant operations and uphold exceptional service standards.

You will work closely with the kitchen and head chef, help with rosters, drive sales, and train the team, fostering a professional and guest-focused dining experience.

Formación

• Experience in a supervisory role in a similar fast paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Highly customer focused.
• Great attention to detail.
• Fluent English is essential.

Responsabilidades

• You will support the Cafe Du Parc Restaurant Manager in the day to day operations of the outlet.
• Increase the Food & Beverage sales while ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are achieved.
• Assist the Cafe Du Parc Restaurant Manager with weekly rosters.
• Lead the team in the absence of the Manager and assist in the management and development of the team.
• Ensure all service standards are consistent and maintained to the highest level at all times.
• Resolve guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Work closely with the Kitchen and the Head Chef to ensure timing, quality and safety is always adhered to.
• Support and deliver training to team members and actively develop the skills and knowledge of the department as a whole.
