Job summary

Leading Residential Property Developer seeks an experienced Assistant Project Manager for major residential development in North Dublin. You will support the Project Manager and senior team to deliver projects from early construction through handover, with mentorship and clear career progression.

You will coordinate site operations, manage programmes and liaise with architects, engineers and subcontractors to ensure on-schedule, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering or related discipline.
• Ideally 3–5+ years' experience in Irish construction.
• Experience as Senior Site Engineer, Site Manager or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing day-to-day delivery of residential projects.
• Coordinate site operations, subcontractors, engineers and finishing teams to high standards.
• Support programmes, milestones and project deliverables management.
• Work with Contracts Manager, Construction Director and project team.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants and stakeholders.
• Attend progress meetings and contribute to reviews.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity and quality.
• Support budgets, cost control, procurement and reporting with QS team.
• Ensure compliance with building regs, specs and safety.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain schedule and quality.
