Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CPA with IFAC standard.
• 8+ years in investment fund financial reporting, with 3+ years leading teams and managing multiple clients.
• Experience reviewing US GAAP, IFRS, and Lux GAAP financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead fund reporting engagements and maintain accountability for quality and delivery.
• Review financial statements, disclosures, supporting schedules and audit packs.
• Provide leadership on complex accounting, regulatory and reporting matters across jurisdictions and asset classes.
• Define the AI-enabled financial reporting vision and roadmap in line with firm strategy and client needs.
• Drive workforce planning, recruitment, performance management and training to improve team performance.
