Job summary

Premier Inn Cork City Centre is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and plate meals for guests. This role involves breakfast and dinner service, stock control, receiving deliveries and keeping the kitchen clean, with evenings and weekends included.

No hotel experience required; we welcome team-players who are reliable, enjoy working together and are eager to learn. Training starts from day one, with opportunities to grow across Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; applicants from supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants, warehouses or customer service are welcome.
• Willingness to learn and join a team.
• Reliable, enjoy teamwork and ready to roll sleeves during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock levels.
• Work closely with the hotel team to keep service running smoothly.
• Ensure each meal leaves the kitchen looking right.
