Job summary

Labarre Ltd at The Savoy, Henry Street, Limerick, is seeking a Senior Manager to assist the Food and Beverage Manager in running a high-volume bar and lead a front-of-house team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a senior hospitality role, a hospitality management qualification, and strong stock and payroll knowledge, with the ability to enforce alcohol service laws and develop staff.

Job Description

This position will suit an ambitious individual from a high volume bar operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage Manager in the overall operation of the business whilst also leading a Team in a busy food & beverage operation.

The Ideal Candidate: Minimum 5 years experience in a Senior position in a similar environment is essential. A recognised qualification in Hospitality Management is also required. Experience in running a busy food/beverage environment. Develop staff to maximise potential. Good knowledge of stock control & payroll costs. Team Leader to be present in the Front of House to push the business forward. Strong organisational skills, time management & a high degree of flexibility. Knowledge of alcohol & service laws, with confidence to enforce them. Overseeing & managing incoming booking enquiries.
