Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Dundrum, Ireland, to work alongside the Patrão and lead the restaurant’s daily operation. You will focus on delivering strong results, maintaining safety and compliance, and inspiring your team to perform at their best every day.

• Drive to motivate, engage and inspire the team on every shift while delivering an Extra Hot customer experience.
• Use data, performance trends and commercial insight to drive sales, profitability and keep the restaurant performing at its best.
• People-first approach to hiring, development and culture to empower the team to be their best.
• Experience leading teams, running successful shifts and delivering strong operational and commercial performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to balance budgets, forecasting and labour.
