Job summary

Nando's is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Dublin to lead the restaurant team, drive performance and uphold our standards of service and safety. You will work with the Patrão to implement business strategies, manage costs, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across all channels.

You will mentor and develop your team, balance budgets and staffing, and use data to optimise profitability while maintaining Nando's vibrant culture and guest focus.
