Job summary

Relais & Châteaux is seeking a full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager for Sheen Falls Lodge in Kenmare. The role requires extensive food and beverage knowledge, previous 5-star restaurant experience, and a strong ability to deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, manage the team, and maintain high operational standards. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential. Applicants should have full legal status to work in Ireland and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of food and beverages, and food service.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptionally high level of customer service.
• Experience in staff training and development.
