Job summary

HireForce is assisting a leading international funds organisation in Dublin to recruit an Assistant Financial Controller. The role offers broad exposure across financial reporting, treasury, group finance, regulatory reporting, and business operations within a multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional business.

You will work closely with the Financial Controller, contributing to monthly and annual management accounts, budgeting, cash flow, consolidations, and audit coordination in a hybrid Dublin

Qualifications

• ACA qualified with Big 4 or Top 10 audit training
• 0-3 years' post-qualified experience
• Audit experience - ideally funds
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical ability
• Advanced Excel skills with a keen interest in finance systems and automation

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual management accounts
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
• Prepare journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end reporting
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury activities
• Assist with group consolidations across multiple international entities
• Support statutory reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory filings
• Coordinate the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors
• Produce financial analysis, reporting packs, and business performance insights

HireForce is working with a leading international funds organisation to recruit an Assistant Financial Controller for its Dublin finance team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a recently qualified ACA (0-3 years' PQE) looking to move into industry and gain broad exposure across financial reporting, treasury, group finance, regulatory reporting, and business operations within a highly successful international organisation.

Working closely with the Financial Controller, you'll become a key member of the finance team, supporting the financial management of a multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional business operating across global markets.

The Role
