Job summary

FRS Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing, project-led business in Monaghan to appoint a Finance Manager into a newly created role. This is a genuine No.2 in Finance, reporting directly to the Financial Controller and managing 2 direct reports.

The key focus will be financial reporting, team management and delivering accurate, insightful information to support the business. The role covers monthly management accounts, board reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, balance

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA - essential.
• Strong management and financial reporting experience.
• Previous people management experience.
• Confident reviewing and owning team outputs.
• Commercial, hands-on and capable across the business.
• Project-led background advantageous (engineering/construction).
• Project accounting/CVR experience beneficial.

Responsibilities
