Qualifications
- 1 year experience in automatic door installation and servicing.
- Current Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification
- Full Irish or EU driving licence
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematic diagrams
- Competent with power tools and hand tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Support with Installs, commissioning and configuring of Automatic Door systems
- Assist with planned maintenance and inspections
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
- Complete service reports and compliance documentation
- Liaise professionally with customers and site teams
- Maintain tools, equipment and vehicle stock
- Follow health and safety procedures and risk assessments
- Keep up to date with product training and industry standards

Assistant Engineer-Automatic Doors(Field Based)
Full-Time-Permanent-Nationwide
We are seeking an Assistant Automatic Door Technician who takes pride in workmanship, enjoys problem solving, and wants to work on a wide variety of customer sites including pharmaceutical, healthcare, cleanroom, food manufacturing and retail environments.
Enjoy a varied role with a strong mix of installation, servicing, maintenance and fault-finding work. You will work hand in hand with an experienced technical team. This position offers excellent earning potential, door-to-door pay, tools, safety equipment and opportunities to develop your technical expertise.
