Job summary

Elevate Partners is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee a sizable residential property portfolio and drive financial performance. You will develop asset-level business plans, manage budgeting cycles and cashflow forecasting while collaborating with senior leadership and institutional investors.

The role requires CA/ACCA with 3–5 years PQE, advanced Excel skills, and a commercial mindset to identify operational improvements and value creation across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with 3–5 years' PQE.
• Strong financial analysis, modelling, budgeting and cashflow forecasting.
• Experience in asset management, financial reporting, treasury or related roles.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI/Power Query is advantageous.
• Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage with senior management and investors.

Elevate Partners is recruiting an experienced Asset Manager for an established, growing real estate asset manager.

This is a highly commercial opportunity offering direct exposure to institutional investors, senior leadership and the financial performance of a substantial property portfolio.

The Role:

• Lead financial and commercial oversight of a substantial residential property portfolio.
• Develop and implement asset-level business plans, including annual reviews, budgeting and performance optimisation.
• Oversee asset-level cashflow forecasting, liquidity management, working capital and distributions
• Act as a key point of contact for institutional investors, fund managers and portfolio managers.
• Partner with senior management to identify opportunities for operational improvement and portfolio value creation.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA) with 3-5 years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong financial analysis, modelling, budgeting and cashflow forecasting capabilities.
• Experience in asset management, financial reporting, treasury or a commercially focused finance role.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with Power BI or Power Query experience considered advantageous.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to interpret financial and operational performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage directly with senior management and institutional investors.
