Responsibilities

• Scanning documents on system.
• Review stock condition surveys and update issues, circulate to colleagues.
• Upload and update information on stock condition, investment programmes, etc.
• Maintain accurate property and asset data in systems.
• Review drawings, leases, ownership titles and cross-reference with contracts.
• Inputting and extracting data from management system; Excel essential.
• Provide general admin support to the Team including postage and file management.
• Sort and distribute incoming post and organise outgoing mail.
• Any other duties as required.
• Be proactive in supporting team and cross-functional collaboration.
