You will advise private equity investors, operating lessors, financial institutions, export credit agencies, and airlines on high-quality, international transactions while working within a highly successful and collegiate team.

Based in Dublin, this role offers exposure to a broad range of asset finance matters and collaboration with domestic and international clients.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in asset finance, banking, or structured finance.
• Experience in a top-tier law firm in Ireland, the United Kingdom, or internationally.
• Strong academic background with excellent drafting and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Irish legal aspects of asset finance matters.
• Manage transactions efficiently from start to finish.
• Review transaction documentation and prepare and negotiate Irish security documentation.
• Support business development and supervise junior lawyers.
