The Maples Group in Dublin seeks an experienced lawyer to join our asset finance team and contribute to a growing practice. You will advise on Irish law across asset finance structures for a client base including lenders, private equity entities and financial institutions.
You will manage transactions end-to-end, review diverse documentation, and collaborate with a collegiate team while participating in business development and mentoring junior lawyers.

This role represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join our asset finance team in Dublin and make a significant contribution to our growing practice.
The team advises private equity investors, operating lessors, financial institutions, export credit agencies and airlines on a wide range of asset finance structures. These include asset backed securitisations , aviation platform establishment, warehouse financings , portfolio asset sales and purchases, operating and finance lease structures as well as export credit agency facilities.
The successful candidate will have exposure to high - quality matters and will work as part of, and be supported by, a highly successful and collegiate team.
