Job summary

Elevate Partners is assisting an international financial institution to hire an Analyst/Associate into its Asset-Backed Finance team. The role provides exposure to asset-backed lending, specialty finance and structured credit in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.

Responsibilities include evaluating and underwriting opportunities, building cash-flow and credit models, analysing loan portfolios and preparing materials for credit approvals.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in banking or structured finance.
• Strong credit underwriting and financial analysis skills.
• Experience analysing lending transactions, loan portfolios or underlying collateral.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation, underwriting and execution of asset-backed and structured lending opportunities.
• Build and maintain transaction, cash flow and credit models.
• Analyse underlying loan portfolios, asset performance and transaction structures.
• Prepare credit approval and transaction materials for internal committees.
• Participate in transaction structuring, due diligence, documentation and execution.
• Monitor existing investments, including portfolio performance, covenant compliance and key risk metrics.
