Job summary

Camden Recruitment Partners partners with a leading global investment firm to expand its European Credit platform in Dublin, delivering exposure to leveraged loans, high-yield bonds, and direct lending across Europe.

You will conduct investment analysis, build detailed financial models, perform due diligence, and present findings to the Investment Committee, with responsibilities spanning portfolio monitoring and meetings with management teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in investment, corporate finance, M&A, or related areas.
• Strong academic background; a professional qualification is highly desirable.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication skills and strong self-motivation.
• A passion for financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investment analysis across liquid and private credit opportunities.
• Build detailed financial models and prepare investment committee papers.
• Perform financial statement, balance sheet, and credit analysis.
• Undertake comprehensive commercial and financial due diligence on target companies and sectors.
• Assess the quality of corporate management teams.
• Evaluate new investment opportunities and present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
• Monitor the performance of existing portfolio investments and identify key risks and opportunities.
• Attend meetings with management teams of prospective portfolio companies
