Job summary

ALG is seeking a Senior Associate for its market‑leading Structured Finance & Capital Markets Group in Ireland. The role focuses on managing complex domestic and cross‑border financings, including securitisations, fund finance and asset‑backed transactions.

You will advise banks, funds and corporate clients, manage transactions and mentor junior lawyers. We value strong drafting, commercial judgement and the ability to drive deal execution across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in a leading law firm.
• Experience advising on structured finance, securitisation, debt capital markets, fund finance or related financing transactions.
• Strong drafting, project management and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise Irish and international clients on securitisation and structured finance transactions.
• Manage transactions, maintain client relationships and support firm growth.
• Mentor junior lawyers and collaborate with cross‑practice teams.
• Develop innovative structuring solutions for complex financing arrangements.
• Participate in CLO transactions and related financing structures.
