Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking an Asset Servicing Analyst to join a Corporate Actions team in a hybrid Dublin-based role. You will own key corporate action processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion, while developing expertise in investment operations within a global financial services environment.

Responsibilities include processing and reconciling corporate action events, reviewing terms, managing client communications, and executing client voting.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset servicing, custody, investment operations or financial services.
• Knowledge of equities, fixed income and asset-backed securities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; Access is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Proactive mindset with issue-resolution ability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
