Job summary

Elk Recruitment's client in Kildare is seeking a driven Junior Residential Property Manager to join their growing team. The role focuses on managing a portfolio, handling tenant queries, and coordinating maintenance and service charge budgets.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years' experience in residential property management, strong organisational and communication skills, and a full clean driver's license. PRSA license is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience as a Residential Property Manager.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Full clean driver's license.
• Familiar with management of block property management and Ireland property legislation.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main point of contact for tenant and business queries within your assigned portfolio
• Dealing with tenant queries and coordinating maintenance/block management requirements
• Liaising with tenants, landlords, third party contractors and relevant committees
• Managing tenant leases, rental income, ensuring rents are paid on time and taking appropriate action as required
• Checking bank statements and allocating rent daily
• Planning and overseeing annual service charge budgets and apportionments
• Coordinating facilities management including planned preventative and reactive maintenance
• Working closely with the letting agents to ensure vacant properties are listed for let
• Updating property schedules for monthly reports.
