Kepak Group is offering a Health & Safety Industrial Placement Programme for 2027 in Ireland. The placement focuses on developing leaders in Health, Safety and Environment within a fast-paced food production environment.

The programme provides exposure to rotations, mentoring and a learner journey with development activities, supported by Kepak leaders and site management. We are seeking motivated university students who are eager to learn and contribute across multiple sites in Ireland and the

Responsibilities

• Ongoing development and implementation of improved Health and Safety practices, policies and procedures on the site.
• Facilitate, support and advise the Site Risk Management teams.
• Assist business unit Managers undertake Risk Assessments for all operations on site.
• Undertake regular unscheduled Safety audits on the site to ensure compliance with Group policy.
• Liaise with HSA and other outside agencies in relation to H&S matters including reporting, auditing and ensuring recommendations and guidelines are fully complied with.
