Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commis Chef or strong passion for food.
• Knowledge of some cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation – cook dishes per recipes, ensure food safety at all times.
• Station management – oversee production at your station and keep area stocked.
• Quality control – maintain high quality and ensure presentation and taste.
• Team collaboration – communicate effectively with colleagues and assist where needed.
• Cleaning and maintenance – keep kitchen clean and equipment in good working order.
