Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Project Manager (Art Team) based in Ireland to oversee a 2D Art team in a fast-paced mobile game environment. You will plan roadmaps, manage schedules, allocate work, and optimize workflows through data-driven insights, collaborating with producers, designers, developers, and marketing.

The role requires strong analytics, Jira expertise, and experience with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably supporting creative, design, or art teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with proven ability to structure, interpret, and work with large volumes of data.
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Grafana or Tableau.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, including workflow customization, dashboards, filters, automations, and custom fields.
• Fluent Russian and intermediate or higher English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, break down, and manage Art team tasks across pipelines, backlogs, and sprints.
• Define and monitor roadmaps, timelines, deadlines, and release plans.
• Allocate work based on workload, capacity, skills, and competencies.
• Customize Jira to support team workflows and reporting.
• Analyze large datasets to identify production efficiency improvements.
• Create clear reports and dashboards with performance metrics.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
• Coordinate communication between Art team and producers, designers, developers, and marketing.
• Oversee art asset quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Organize planning sessions, retrospectives, and status meetings.
• Maintain project documentation across Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar tools.
