Jobgether is seeking a Creative Lead – DTC & Performance Creative for a partner company based in Ireland. This high-ownership leadership role places creative at the center of customer acquisition in a fast-growing DTC environment.

You will oversee the creative engine across agencies and internal teams, guiding ideas from research through production and testing, with performance data driving decisions. You’ll collaborate with strategists, editors, designers, and art directors to improve quality,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance creative, creative production, agency management, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience managing creative agencies, vendors, creators, editors, designers, copywriters, or other creative partners.
• Strong experience briefing and developing paid social creative, particularly for Meta and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of DTC/eCommerce, UGC, performance creative, and direct-response marketing principles.
• Demonstrated ability to connect creative decisions and production output to performance metrics and broader business outcomes.
• Comfortable managing creative workflows using Notion or similar project and collaboration tools.
• Excellent written communication skills, particularly for asynchronous collaboration, briefing, feedback, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end creative production process across multiple external creative agencies and an internal team, managing priorities, quality, delivery, reviews, and performance.
• Lead agency relationships, including biweekly calls, setting expectations, reviewing output, and ensuring accountability for results.
• Develop approximately 10 creative briefs per week using research, audience insights, competitive intelligence, and performance data.
• Oversee scripts, concepts, UGC ideas, hooks, video edits, landing-page concepts, and supporting research.
• Provide clear, actionable creative feedback to strategists, editors, designers, copywriters, and agency partners.
• Manage creative workflows and production tracking through project-management systems.
• Research winning advertisements, customer reviews, competitors, audience pain points, offers, hooks, and emerging patterns.
