Job summary

Sherpa Kids is seeking a Quality Service Delivery Manager to provide operational oversight for our afterschool services across multiple primary schools. The role focuses on safeguarding, quality assurance, workforce development and programme delivery.

You will coach staff, conduct site visits and audits, build partnerships with schools, families and children, and proactively identify risks to maintain high standards and show impact in every service.

Qualifications

• Own car a must for travel between sites.
• Experience leading a team and managing staff.
• Passion for childcare and helping families.
• Minimum 2 written references and childcare experience.
• 2 years of management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and daily access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and operational oversight for Sherpa Kids afterschool services.
• Maintain safeguarding, compliance, quality assurance and programme delivery.
• Coach, supervise staff; conduct site visits and audits.
• Build partnerships with staff, schools, families and children.
• Identify risks and drive continuous improvement to standards.
