Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking an Architect/Project Lead in Ireland to manage design and delivery from concept to completion. You will lead a small team, liaise with clients, and ensure compliance with current regulations across residential, commercial and retail projects.

The ideal candidate is a RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect with 10+ years’ experience, proficient in BIM (Archicad / Revit), and capable of managing projects end-to-end.

Qualifications

• RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect with 10+ years experience.
• Residential, commercial, mixed-use and retail experience desirable.
• Proficient in BIM (Archicad / Revit).
• Project management experience from concept to completion.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland must be satisfied.

Responsibilities

A leading architectural studio specialising in residential, commercial, hospitality and retail projects is seeking to recruit an Architect / Project Lead to join the team.

We’re looking for a talented RIAI Registered Architect with 10 years’ experience in the residential, commercial, and retail sectors. You’ll manage projects from design to completion, working with a small team, liaising with clients and ensuring projects are compliant with current regulation.
