Itron in Ireland invites applications for a Collections Manager role. You will lead a 10-person team within Shared Services, ensuring performance reviews, development plans, and fair workload distribution while driving timely debt collection and high-quality dispute resolution.

You will use Getpaid to its full potential and partner with Credit, CME, and Master Data teams. A strong analytics mindset and fluency in English are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in similar positions.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in fast paced multinational environments.
• Experience in Shared Service Center is an advantage.
• Oracle experience is an advantage.
• Fluent both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the People & Performance Management of a team of 10 Collectors and ensure quality 1:1s, development plans and workload distribution.
• Ensure the Collections Tool (Getpaid) is used consistently by all team members.
• Review processes and controls and implement improvements.
• Oversee day-to-day shared services collections function within defined standards.
• Hit daily, weekly and monthly collections targets.
• Record and escalate disputes promptly.
• Collaborate with Credit, Cash Apps and Master Data teams.
• Work with CME team on disputes/escalations.
• Prepare Operational, SOX and Executive Reports, including detailed aged debt SOX.
• Perform other duties as required; occasional travel may occur.
