Job summary

PSC Biotech in Ireland is seeking a Credit & Collection Analyst for an on-site, full-time role. You will support global OTC operations and report to the Associate Director - Order to Cash Finance Operations, ensuring timely collection of debts and accurate cash application.

Key duties include debtor reviews, cross-functional coordination, month-end AR close, reconciliations, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently within a team.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel for daily tasks and reporting.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
• Experience or knowledge of Accounts Receivable is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Credit & collections activities: debtor reviews and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment issues.
• Perform cash application and ensure timely posting of customer payments.
