Job summary

PFH Technology Group is seeking a capable first-line technical owner to handle application issues by email, triage accurately, and resolve known cases. You will elevate complex issues to Level 3 with full handover and maintain the knowledge base for reliable AI-assisted support.

You will log cases, gather reproduction steps, keep users informed, and work with Level 3 to close knowledge gaps. A demonstrable Level 2+ application support background and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in application support or a similar role.
• Experience working with AI assistants/agents is a plus.
• Clear, non-technical written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Log and acknowledge incoming cases by email.
• Triage symptoms, assess impact, gather evidence and set priority.
• Query AI agent for known issues, fixes, and workarounds; verify solutions.
