Job summary

You will support accounts payable, payroll and finance administration across multiple entities, focusing on daily transactional tasks while improving processes through automation and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and payroll processing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines and maintain accuracy.
• Interest in automation and AI tools to optimise processes.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook; quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end monthly payroll across multiple company branches with providers and internal teams.
• Ensure payroll files are complete and submitted through approval and payment processes.
• Monitor shared finance mailbox; assign and resolve queries within timelines.
• Prepare and deliver supporting documentation for accounts packs with local accountants.
• Support process improvements through standardisation, automation and technology projects.
• Provide flexible support within the finance team and assist with AP and payments.
