Job summary

Brown Bag Films is seeking a Production Coordinator for our Dublin Studio on a fixed-term 6-month contract. The role drives asset production across TV production phases, coordinating with the project team, CG department and overseas partner studios.

Hybrid work requires a minimum of two days in-studio per week. The ideal candidate will have production experience in animation, strong project management and asset-tracking skills, with proficiency in Shotgun, Excel, and Adobe tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with production schedules and asset tracking.
• Proven ability to manage timelines and deliverables.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with script breakdown and asset creation to support visual kick-off.
• Lead the visual kick-off meeting, chair discussions, and implement follow-ups in Shotgun.
• Maintain assets in Shotgun; monitor build schedules and advise on changes.
• Prepare and run dailies reviews to secure approvals from Art Directors; issue revision notes.
• Coordinate notes and approvals timing for the Art Director to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee asset shipment: coordinate materials, prep calls, and overseas transfers.
• Manage in-house animation requirements and technical task tracking.
• Track overseas ticketing; address CG-related technical queries promptly.
• Organize episodic technical review meetings and generate follow-up notes.
• Produce the weekly dashboard (BART) to support client status reporting.
