Job summary

Brown Bag Films in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a highly organized Post Production Coordinator to manage scheduling, asset delivery, and cross‑department communication across animation projects.

You'll work with the Post Production Supervisor, editors, and producers to keep timelines on track, coordinate reviews, track progress, and ensure high‑quality delivery of HD offline edits and animatics.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of production schedules and project deadlines.
• Experience supporting production teams, preferably within animation, television, film, or digital media.
• Background as a Production Assistant or similar coordination role is highly desirable.
• Experience maintaining production databases, project trackers, and scheduling documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Post Production Scheduling with the Post Production Supervisor.
• Support Editorial Teams by ensuring editors receive required assets and information.
• Production Coordination with Production Managers and Coordinators to manage review notes and timely feedback.
• Review Planning to maintain realistic schedules that balance creative quality and deadlines.
• Schedule Reporting to provide updates on progress, risks and issues.
• Production Tracking for trackers and progress reports, ensuring accessibility of project information.
