Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent HR/Employment Law qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent understanding of employee relations and HR operational processes.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Provide expert guidance on employment legislation and HR policies.
• Lead and coach the HR Operations team to deliver high-quality service.
• Oversee HR administration including contracts, records, and payroll coordination.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding.
• Ensure payroll processes for Ireland and the UK are compliant and timely.
