Job summary

Ryanair Group Holdings in Ireland is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to join Europe’s favourite airline group. You will support the Commercial Performance team, focusing on analysing and improving financial performance across routes and markets to prioritise the most profitable opportunities.

The role offers exposure to senior management, detailed route profitability analysis, and involvement in growth initiatives as Ryanair targets continued expansion and efficiency in a high-volume

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an accounting, commercial, financial or analytical role.
• ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent highly regarded.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to effectively communicate financial data and insights.
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Continually analyse and identify new opportunities to improve financial performance, including detailed modelling of potential benefits and costs.
• Responsible for performance improvement projects, including developing analytical models and effectively communicating the results.
• Propose and evaluate new business/route opportunities including forecast profitability and break-even analysis.
• Prepare competitor and market analysis reports for the senior commercial team.
• Assist in preparing detailed monthly management reports including route profitability for capacity allocation decisions.
• Analyse and challenge proposed new airport deals.
