Qualifications
- BSc in Chemistry or biological sciences; 2–3 years experience.
- Experience with transfer and validation in an NPI context.
- Ability to follow SOPs with precise attention to detail.
- Strong report and technical writing skills.
- Experience using AI tools for technical writing within compliance.
Responsibilities
- Perform lab functions in compliance with cGMP.
- Follow written protocols for Transfer and Validation activities.
- Troubleshoot new methods as required.
- Ensure training is current for all job functions performed.
- Support the NPI management team as required.
- Recognize and report aberrant test results.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the NPI team.
